Delivery Information

Divan Beds

For all Divan Bed orders deliveries will be within 5-15 working days. Please supply a mobile number on checkout so that we can text you the actual Delivery date, this will also be emailed to you as well. We use our own vehicles for delivery to ensure items get to you in 100% perfect condition.

On the day of delivery our drivers will call you approx 30-45 minutes beforehand so that you don't have to sit indoors all day.

Once the Seller has been notified of the cancelling of the Contract, the Seller will refund or re-credit the Buyer within 14 days for any sum that has been paid or debited from the Buyer's credit card for the Products.

If the Buyer does not cancel the Contract in accordance with point 1 and 2, the Buyer shall be deemed to have accepted the Goods (except any manufacturing faults) and will not be liable to return the Goods to the Seller.

If the Seller has delivered the Products to the Buyer but the Buyer wants to cancel the Contract, as prescribed in clauses 1 and 2, the Buyer must retain possession of the Goods until the cancellation notice has been sent to the Seller within the relevant time limit. The Products can not be used. The Buyer will be responsible for returning the Products to the Supplier at the Buyer's own cost. The Products must be returned to the address Sellers warehouse at the address below. The Buyer must take reasonable care to ensure that the Products are not damaged in the meantime or in transit and return them in the packaging and condition they were delivered to the Buyer. Alternatively, the Seller, under the authority of the Buyer will organise for the goods to be collected on a mutually convenient date. In this case, the Buyer will be re-credited with a full refund minus the exact cost of collecting the Products. This refund will take place within 14 days of the Products being delivered back to the Seller's warehouse.

If a bed and mattress has been taken out of it's box and assembled or used then refund cannot be issued for the item(s).

If an item develops a fault after the first 30 days of delivery, but within the 12 months of purchase, then we will either repair or exchange the goods free of charge.

Free Delivery On All Orders

All orders to mainland UK addresses will be delivered to your door free of charge (unless stated otherwise within the delivery tab page). However, there will be charges for certain areas, please see the post code list below.

We also do not deliver to any off shore locations such as the Isle of Wight, Isle of Man, Channel Islands, etc

Please also note that deliveries to Scotland, LL24+ and SA30+, NR, IP, BN, SN, PO, TN, TA, ME, DA, BS, CA, LA LD, FY, CT, BA and TD post codes for beds can take 2-3 weeks

Weekend Delivery

This is not available at this moment in time i'm afraid.

Missed Delivery/ Re-arrange Delivery

If you were not present at your address when delivery attempt was made then the driver will leave a card through your door. The couriers will contact you again to arrange another delivery date. For any issues please email us at

Please note if you miss the couriers there will be a charge of £50 to re-deliver your order. If the couriers return the goods back to us without it being delivered a refund will be issued minus £50 charge (this is a charge the couriers will charge us to return the goods which we will have to pass on).

Damaged Items

Please thorughly check all items when you receive them. If anything is damaged please let us know within 48 hours via email and we will replace any damaged items. If we are not notified within 48 hours then we cannot accept any liability for damaged items. Even if you are not going to use the product straight away, you still have to check it for damages

Further Information

These products will be delivered by a one man delivery company. This means the courier can only deliver the ordered items to the front door of the designated delivery address, if you reside in an apartment or a block of flats, the delivery driver will deliver to the lobby of the building only.

Please note in order to receive your delivery you have to be available on that particular date anytime from 8AM-6PM to receive it. Whilst dates can be changed to accomodate when you are going to be available, timing is not something that we have control of and cannot accomodate.

Please do not dispose of your old bed/mattress until the new one arrives and you are happy with it as there can be issues sometimes with delivery

Please note during peak times such as Black Friday, Christmas, New Years, Easter Bank Holiday etc the couriers receive a lot of volume, therefore there can be delays.
